We are excited to be holding an Academic Writing Intensive workshop on Sunday 11:00 am – 2:00 pm (with lunch included).

The morning session will focus on structuring clear, informative, and persuasive paragraphs including how to appropriately incorporate source material and reference in-text. After lunch we will shift to phrasing and language choice in academic assignments, working on developing clarity, formality, objectivity, and flow in our academic writing.

This workshop is aimed at all students who want to develop and refine their academic writing skills. So, if you are new to writing in an academic setting or have missed out on marks in past assignments for structure and academic writing, then this workshop is for you.
